Ummm... so, I used to have a fanart gallery for Pokemon, which I really dug, and always planned on eventually making fanart galleries for a bunch of other animes and cartoons... but I never did. In fact, I eventually deleted my Pokemon fanart gallery. I miss it, but it's probably for the best that it's gone. It's also probably for the best that I don't ever start any other fanart galleries, as much as I'd like to. (And there's a good chance I will someday, because I am so weak.) Time will tell. Either way, it has nothing to do with this gallery... which I guess I can't help but start, finally, because as everyone knows, I'm in love with Tinker Bell. So, whatever. (Btw, some of the pics here will be rather risqué, or contain coarse language, so viewer discretion is advised; though I won't be including any pics that I consider outright pron, some folks might disagree. Of course, many of the pics will be perfectly innocent, as well.)

Most of the pics here will be taken from deviantART. It's important to note right off the bat that I, personally, cannot draw. So none of these pics are mine. But I do appreciate the talent of those who can draw (especially when they're drawing characters I totally dig, to begin with). There are some artists on that site who specifically say in the descriptions of their art, "do not steal" (or words to that effect). There's even a standard button for it, which most people there use (if they don't want people taking their art). Which I respect... and in that case, I don't put their art directly in this gallery. However, they couldn't possibly have any serious objection to my providing external links to their deviantART pages, so I've done so below. (There's also one link that is to another site, not to avoid stealing, but just because the pic is a flash object, which would've been cumbersome to try to include here.) If anyone whose work I have included here wants me to remove it, you have but to ask. (You can even ask me to remove links to your work if that's what I've done, or not to include a link, if you're asking me to remove art from my gallery. I won't understand why, but I'll certainly comply.) CONTRARIWISE, you could use my e-mail to request I add a specific pic here, rather than removing one (though I don't promise I'll accept it). Oh, I should also say that some of the people who post pictures on deviantART are actually professional artists, and some of these pics may have been used in an official capacity somewhere, and so aren't technically "fanart." But if the only place I've ever seen a picture is on a site which I consider to be predominantly for the purposes of sharing fanart... that's how I think of it.

Pics that say "nw" open in a new window. Because they're too big for the iframe on this page. That is, the display iframe. I should also mention the nav iframe on the left has links to pics which are named for the artists who made them (or at least the handles they use on deviantART). Oh, and I should also mention that a lot of artists will do things like coloring someone else's lineart, or whatever... the name I list is the person whose page I found it on, not necessarily the sole or original artist.

Categories: Note that if I include more than one pic by the same artist, they may sometimes be included in different categories, which is why the numbering may not be sequential. I should also mention that some artist names end in numbers, which could lead to confusion. If there is space between the name and number, then the number is something I've added because there is more than one pic by that artist in my gallery. If the number is attached to the name, it's part of the name.

New: a list of the pics which I have most recently added to the gallery.

Classic: in which Tink is pretty much just drawn as Tink, in her standard outfit or one she's actually worn in a movie (as long as it's not too dissimilar from her standard outfit). Of course, this category still allows for her to be drawn in very different styles. It may also include some slight modifications to her standard outfit.

Anime: in which Tink is drawn in an anime or manga style. I should say there are probably some pics under other categories which are of a somewhat anime-ish nature, but unless I feel fairly certain about it, I won't include them here; though I am lately being maybe a bit less strict about it than I originally was. In fact, there are some pics that specifically say in the artist's title or description that it's anime style, but I still may not quite see it, which makes me feel sort of guilty about not putting such pics here, but... whatever. Oh, I suppose it's also possible I will include some pics here that look anime-ish to me, but which maybe the artist didn't intend as such. *shrug* It's really kind of complicated since there are so many different styles of anime; plus anime was originally inspired somewhat by Walt Disney's style of animation; plus a lot of these pics are by artists from different countries, so their own style may be coincidentally similar to anime, or they may try to do anime style but can't help being influenced by the style of their country's animation, and of course even Asian artists may intentionally or unintentionally be inflenced in their personal style by the animation of other countries (especially the U.S.) as well as their own country. On top of all that... style is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. Anyway, there may also be very definitely anime-styled pics I don't include here, but rather in other categories like "sexy" or "other fairies" or "group".

Crossovers: in which either Tink will be clearly drawn to look like some other specific character (whether from Disney or something else), or some other character has been drawn to either look like Tink or is just dressed like her. Um... but I should say... it's a bit complicated and my choices of what to include here may be a bit arbitrary. It's not necessarily always a specific character, but sometimes Tink is just clearly drawn in a very specific fictional universe (such as Star Trek or Batman). There may be some pics I don't include under this category, even if they're inspired by some specific show, movie, etc... but in those pics, I may feel that Tink is essentially "herself," even if she's drawn in a different style. In that case, I'll just include the pic under... I dunno, some other category, such as "dark" or "other outfits." There may also be pics under other categories, such as "group," in which Tink may appear as herself with characters from some other fictional universe.

Dark/goth: in which Tink is dressed in goth style, or something similarly "dark" in tone or theme. This could include pics that would fit as well under other categories like "crossover" or "holidays" (for Halloween; though if a pic is very clearly Halloweenish in nature I'll put it there rather than here) or "other outfits" (as she could be in her classic outfit or it could be quite different). It should also be noted that while some pics might be both goth and dark, "goth" does not always imply "dark," per se. Sometimes pics will be more "Victorian Gothic" than the modern sense of "goth." And sometimes any goth touches will be... you know, touches, or accessories, accents... not a full-scale ensemble.

Holidays: in which Tink is clearly drawn to celebrate a specific holiday. She may be wearing her standard outfit, a modified outfit, or something completely different. It's also possible there may be some pics I include under other categories that could be seen as related to a holiday, but which I don't include here because it's not 100% clear that the theme is a holiday; and of course there may be pics under "sexy" that I don't include here because they're too risqué (which is not to say that none of the pics I do include under "holiday" are risqué at all, just not quite as much as some others). Um... and I may include some pics here of other fairies besides Tink....

Monochrome: in which Tink has been drawn in shades of a single color. Pretty much (but there could possibly be more than one color, in some minor detail; and of course the color of the background doesn't count if it's different from the actual drawing, as long as it's also monochrome). This is the category that I originally called "sketches," even though there may have been pics I had in other categories which I felt might be called sketches, as well as pics in this category which I wasn't 100% sure I should call sketches. Eventually, when I was reorganizing the gallery, I moved a bunch of pics (anything with more than one color) out of this category... and now there aren't a lot of pics left, though I suppose I may move some back here from other categories, or at least from "faves" (though I may also leave links to the pics there as well as here). There will also be some monochrome pics under "sexy," but of course those won't be linked to from this category. Nor, I think, will I use this category to link to any monochrome pics which may appear under "holidays", "other fairies", or "group". And... I guess that's all I can think to say about that, for now.

Sexy: in which Tink has been drawn in a somewhat provocative manner. Actually, I feel like the vast majority of pics in the gallery could be described as "sexy," because that's pretty much what Tinker Bell is. In fact, the pics I include under the heading of "sexy" aren't necessarily my idea of the sexiest pics (which is not to say they're not damn sexy). I'm including this category mainly as an extra caution (in addition to saying "viewer discretion advised" under the iframe where the pics appear, as well as another warning in the first paragraph under "about this gallery"). These pics may include sexy poses, skimpier-than-usual outfits, angles which reveal a little too much (like just a bit of Tink's panties), possibly even nudity (but not full-frontal). I'll also include any pics here which simply contain explicit language (whether or not the picture itself is too provacative). There's no actual sex in any of these pics (though there might occasionally be something along the lines of foreplay), and in fact the poses or imagery need not actually be sexual in any way, necessarily (for example, pics might be revealing for some mundane reason). Anyway, while extra discretion is advised for this category, you should bear in mind that some people still might be offended by the possible sexiness of pics under other categories. ESPECIALLY be aware that categories for other fairies and "group" will include pictures of a nature which could just as well be included under "sexy." You should also be aware that some pics' links in the "sexy" category will be labeled with an "F" for favorite (since I won't be linking to them from the "faves" category itself). Some pics may also have, instead of an "F," one or two greenballs (see note below).

Steampunk: in which Tink is drawn in a steampunk style or setting. Her outfit may be classic, modified, or totally different. I just decided to make this a separate category because it's a cool genre and it's neat that at least a few artists thought of drawing her that way.

Other outfits: in which Tink is dressed differently than usual. Sometimes my decision of what to include here may be somewhat arbitrary, as her outfit may include only slight modifications from the classic (and I do include some pics with modified outfits under "classic"), but I may just feel... well, there's a fine line, and it's up to me to decide which side a pic falls on. However, other pics may be very clearly different from her usual outfit. This category can also include pics in which Tink is something other than a fairy (such as a mermaid).

Other fairies: Actually this will be several categories: Fawn, Iridessa, Rosetta, Silvermist, Vidia, and maybe Clarion. Though the gallery is mostly about Tink, of course I like the other Disney Fairies, as well. But since I don't expect to have that many pics of them, they each just get their own category, rather than being broken up into a bunch of different categories like Tink. So of course, these character categories may include pics done in any number of styles or themes, with standard or different outfits, etc.

Group: refers to any pic with not only Tink but also at least one other girl. Tink, as well as any other girl(s), may be in their standard outfits, some variation, or something completely different. Pics may include thematic elements of any of the other categories (though in some cases I might choose to include a link here as well as another category, usually I'll just have group pics here in spite of fitting another category as well). I'll also include some pics here of other Disney Fairies, which may not always include Tink at all.

Faves: these, obviously, are some of my favorite pics I've found of Tink, whether because I find them exceptionally pretty, cute, sexy, funny, cool, sweet, etc. (I was thinking of making separate categories for some of those adjectives, but I figure I might as well just lump them together here.) I should say that for some of the categories that have relatively few pics in them, I'll leave links there as well as including faves here; but for categories that already have a ton of pics, I'll whittle them down a bit by including pics here instead of there (of course, now "faves" has too many pics). I should also say that just because I don't include some pics under "faves" doesn't mean I don't like them a lot. Obviously I'm not going to be putting pics in my gallery if I don't like them (though there are some, even among those I don't include here, that I like more than others). I have actually chosen to move a few of my favorite pics from the "sexy" category (though most of the pics which I include here for their sexiness I hadn't originally had in that category anyway), but there are also some which I might call faves even if I didn't move them here... because after all, the most important thing is, you know... trying as hard as I can to avoid offending anyone who might visit my gallery. I will, however, label links under "sexy" (and maybe other categories) with "F" for "favorite." Just so those pics don't feel underappreciated, or whatever.

Note: As I've said, any pic in this gallery is something I like (some more than others). Any pics in the "faves" category are ones I like even better still. But it doesn't end there! I've decided to add one greenball next to the links in the faves category for the extra special favorites. Two greenballs for the ones I like even better than that. And finally, I have chosen my top three selections out of the faves category, which get three greenballs, as well as being highlighted. (One of these selections is for the artist "hop2pop", rather than any one particular pic; the rating is because of consistently superior quality.) Because pics in the "sexy" category aren't represented here, I may give greenballs to some of the pics there, as well.
